An innovative application designed to help users reduce food wastage by efficiently tracking their grocery inventory. It also helps the user to ensure they make a better use of the food they stored in a timely manner, saving money and promoting sustainability.

Why Food Track
A key motivation for creating this application is the staggering statistic that 31.9% of food in U.S. households goes to waste, costing $240 billion annually, or $1866 per household on average. Additionally, witnessing food wastage at home, especially in shared accommodations, underscored the severity of the issue.
